3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on
December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
5. How to Enter
- Complete and submit the official entry form online via the Sponsor’s website.
- Or submit a hard-copy entry form at participating retail locations (if available).
- No phone or fax entries accepted.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 5, 2027.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days.
If the selected winner fails to respond or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Details & Approximate Retail Value
The prize consists of a four (4) day hotel stay for two (2) adults at Avra Imperial, Crete,
or a comparable hotel selected by the Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 – $3,000 USD
8. What Is Not Included
- Airfare
- Ground transportation or transfers
- Travel insurance
- Meals or beverages not included in half-board
- Gratuities and personal expenses
9. Taxes, Fees & Restrictions
Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, resort charges, and incidentals.
A valid passport is required for international travel.
10. Certificate Validity & Transferability
A hotel certificate will be issued and is typically valid for one (1) year from issuance.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be resold.
11. Compliance With Laws
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
Void where prohibited or restricted.
12. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims related to participation,
prize acceptance, or travel-related activities.
13. Sponsor Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances compromise
its integrity or fairness.
14. Governing Law
All matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Venue shall lie exclusively in Pinellas County, Florida.
15. Marketing & Privacy
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor.
