Sandy Beach

If you love to travel and you have an affinity for the finer things in life then you might need a luxury travel agent who can plan your trips and take care of all the details while you relax. Nothing is more stressful than planning your vacation and that’s especially true when it’s a luxury vacation that’s in store. You have to ensure that you’re staying at the right places and seeing the right sights to make it worthwhile.

When you leave it all to a luxury travel advisor, you can sit back and let all the stress get taken away for you, while you daydream about the trip that’s getting closer and closer to becoming a reality. The right travel company can make all the difference and you’ll know that your tour operators and travel specialists have the experience it takes to make your vacation perfect. Whether you’re going to Costa Rica, White Sand Beaches, or Italy, you’ll have a wonderful time with the right travel specialist.

Your Dream Vacation

The first step is to decide what your dream vacation would entail and you can look for weekly inspiration to figure it all out. If your main goal is to create memories then the more information you can give to your luxury travel agent, the more likely you’ll be to end up on an award-winning trip you’ll never forget about. Travel advisors will take as much information as you can give them to make sure your luxury travel experiences and the destinations you visit are perfect for you.

Just keep in mind that everyone’s perfect vacation is going to be unique to the person, no matter where in the world you go or which remarkable travel experiences you want to have. The world is a very big place and there’s a lot to explore throughout your lifetime. The more specific you can be about your journey, the better it will be for you.

You’ll be able to discover and explore every stop on your itinerary and both you and your family will be in the hands of experts who love planning the trip of a lifetime.

Choosing the perfect destination can be a lot of hard work for travelers who aren’t used to scheduling accommodation and transportation, finding the best local food, and taking in all the wonders of the world’s best spots. Most people have high expectations when they visit a new culture but don’t have any confidence in their ability to plan their tours. That’s why getting a tourism expert to assist you is always the best way to have a fantastic trip to an amazing destination you’ll love.

What is Luxury?

Of course, to plan a memorable trip, you have to know what makes a trip luxurious and what you can expect from the agency you get to plan it out for you. The right expert will spend their entire career finding the right spots to suit the lifestyle their client enjoys. Whether you’re visiting the entirety of Africa or checking out a small European country, you’ll be in the best spots and get plenty of rest.

A luxury vacation should include five-star accommodations and your travel advisor will know all the best hotels and tours to suit your needs. Your travel specialists will book them for you and make sure that you get all the attention you need for a luxury vacation you’ll never want to end. From the food to the destinations, no matter where in the world you want to go, your life will never be the same with the right company planning your luxury trips.

Attention to Detail

Any kind of luxury vacation is going to begin and end with the attention to detail that you get from your travel experts. They should be able to get you everything you want, no matter how small it is or where in the world you want it. If your life is dedicated to luxury then you’ll know how to take care of your clients and get all of their needs and desires met, as soon as they embark on their adventure.

The business of a luxury travel advisor is also the business of details and your travel advisor will want to know every last thing you want. If you’re going to Costa Rica and want to visit Michelin Star restaurants with a specific cuisine, that’s exactly what you should tell your travel company. It’s that kind of detail they want to make sure your luxury travel destination meets all of your expectations for you.

Luxury Travel Niches

There are also many luxury travel specialists who focus on niche experiences all over the world, from the mountains of Italy to the amazing plains of Africa. You can find an agency that will provide a wonderful experience, no matter what kind of niche travel you want. For instance, it’s not strange for a specialist to have a client who only enjoys luxury cruises or deep jungle journeys.

The memories are yours to create and it’s up to you and your family when it comes to the type of travel you want to experience and how you want to get to your luxury destinations. The entire world is ready to be explored and there’s an entire industry dedicated to catering to the needs and wants of its travelers. From travel to a far-flung culture to a wonderful cruise that visits ports around the world, there’s a specialist whose career focuses on the niche travel you want.

Get to Know Your Agent

With so many options around the world, you’ll get the best possible luxury vacation when you get to know your travel agent and let them in on all the things you love and want your family to enjoy on your trips. The more travel you plan with the same luxury travel advisor, the more customized your experiences will get. As regular clients, you’ll be able to expect a personal touch that you can’t get with any other travel options.

When you need a certain level of luxury in your travel, the right agent is going to make all the difference and you can’t go wrong when you work with someone you can trust. The better you know your agent, the better equipped they’ll be to make your trip something that you’ll never be able to forget. There’s no substitute for an agent who knows your needs and wants to, not only meet them but exceed them for you.

Choose your Next Trip

Italian Mountains

You know when it’s time for you to take a trip and all you have to do is decide on where you want to go, how you want to get there, and what you want to do to make sure you’re enjoying the trip of a lifetime. Come up with as many details as you can and give all that information to a travel agent that you can trust to turn it all into a reality for you. Then you can simply sit back and do all the work of planning and organizing your itinerary for you.

Whenever luxury is on the line, your best bet will always be a luxury agent who knows all about the areas you want to visit and where you should be staying to enjoy every second of your vacation. You only have to try it once and you’ll always go back to the same agency to take you around the world and get you into the best hands they can find. All you have to do is enjoy yourself.

Unlocking Affordable Luxury Travel Secrets

by Tammy Levent February 1, 2024
written by Tammy Levent

You’ve worked hard saving enough money to finally take the vacation of your dreams. Maybe your heart is set on spending a week on the beach in the Maldives, or touring Venice, or experiencing New York City.

You start to shop around and look at luxury travel experiences, and your heart sinks. The money you have saved is not going to get you anywhere near as nice a vacation as you hoped. Where you hoped to have enough for a week or more, you actually can only afford a couple of days, and the estimated cost of incidentals is more than you expected, too. It isn’t worth spending two whole days flying just to have a day and a half of vacation.

What should you do?

You could always adjust your expectations: find a local spa, rent an Air BNB, look up some local experiences and arrange yourself a staycation. This would certainly save money, but it is a far cry from the reward that you had hoped to give yourself for all your hard work and dedication.

Fortunately, there is another option: take these luxury travel tips to save money, and experience the best vacation your money can buy.

Choosing Your Destination: The Easy Way for Luxury Travellers to Save Big

If you want your vacation money to stretch as far as possible, the first thing to consider is whether you are willing to change your destination. Is your heart absolutely set on Italy, or would you consider a less famous Mediterranean peninsula with a similar climate and similarly incredible food and wine?

If you have been priced out of the Maldives, consider the rest of the Indian Ocean and the South Pacific: the region is called Polynesia for a reason. Thousands of islands await, and luxury travel destinations abound.

In this section we will explore alternatives to common destinations, and break down the possible savings you might experience by choosing the road less travelled.

Italy or Croatia: You Don’t Need to Sacrifice Luxury to Save Money

The Italian peninsula is famous for its food, wine, and scenery. Set in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, it offers incredible scenery, ancient cities and rich cultural heritage.

Unfortunately, all these attractions come at a price. Between fine dining, luxury accommodations and incidentals, you need to expect to pay as much as $450 per day–not counting air fares. Overall, to enjoy a trip to Rome or Naples, or a tour of the whole peninsula, aim to save approximately four thousand dollars for your dream vacation.

Croatia: An Affordable Alternative With a Thousand Advantages

Croatia may be lesser known than Italy, but it's just as beautiful... and even has its own coliseum

If that sounds like an unrealistic savings goal, don’t lose heart. Just on the other side of the Adriatic Sea there lies the beautiful coast of Croatia. There you can find all the wonderful attractions that were calling you to the Italian peninsula: delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and incredible history.

Tour the historic museums of Zagreb, enjoy the blue waters of Dubrovnic, and revel in the sights and smells of Hvar, renowned for its lavender fields.

Flying to Croatia is no more expensive than any other part of Europe, and luxury accommodations, fine dining and activities cost as little as half of what the equivalent attractions would cost in Italy. For approximately $2400 you could enjoy a week of the finest things the Mediterranean has to offer.

Keeping An Open Mind: How Luxury Travelers Can Take Their Dream Vacation On a Budget

If a specific vacation destination has been sticking in your mind, but your budget doesn’t seem that it will hold up, don’t lose hope. Often people think of the most popular locations with a given set of characteristics and advantages. If you’re looking for laid back island living, you might think first of the Maldives; if you’re seeking the height of culture, you may have your eye on New York City.

But there are thousands of tropical islands in the world, and metropoli by the dozens. Rather than setting your sights on the Maldives, look into luxury accommodations in French Polynesia or the Carribean, or even coastal regions of Central or South America. New York City has a vibrant night life and incredible museums, but so do Raleigh, North Carolina, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Open your vision to include alternatives and you may find that you can afford a better vacation than you think, just by choosing a more affordable destination.

Timing Is Everything

But what if only a trip to Italy will do? Perhaps you have Italian roots, or want to explore the vineyards where a specific wine originates, or have been studying Italian for six years and want to use your new skills.

Save on Luxury Travel Experiences By Travelling in the Off Season

Belize is as relaxing and tropical as any island on the globe

In this case there are other ways to stretch your hard earned vacation budget. Luxury travel is quite seasonal, as you may expect. Many people prefer to travel in summer, when students and teachers have time off and when weather across the board tends to be better.

But what if you have some flexibility on when to use your vacation time? Maybe your business is no less bustling in summer than any other time, or maybe you are even in an industry when clients don’t need much help in autumn, for example.

In this case, it can really pay to find out if the luxury resorts in your chosen destination have a lower rate in the off season. Italy is no less beautiful in October than in July, and if your favored destination is in the tropics there will be little difference between summer and winter (though look out for monsoon seasons). Choosing the right moment for your journey could save you hundreds of dollars over the course of your trip. A tropical escape could easily be in your future.

Booking Today: How The Early Birds Get Serious Savings

No matter what season you intend to travel, there is another aspect of timing that can make a great deal of influence on your total cost of flights: book well in advance. As the day approaches the prices start to go up steeply, so don’t wait until two weeks before your time off to start booking; get busy as far in advance as possible, at least a month or so.

On the other hand, for US destinations, it’s cheapest by far to book hotels the week of your stay. Talk with your professional travel advisor about the best way to book for hotels in the current travel climate.

Be Flexible if Possible

Being able to accommodate last minute changes to your itinerary can save major money when it comes to flights. Sometimes airlines overbook and need to ask some passengers to take different flight; being willing to adjust the beginning or end of your trip by a day or so can save you hundreds of dollars, as the airline will offer a discount as an incentive for your cooperation.

Slow Travel: Enjoy a Comfortable Pace On Vacation

Slow travel lets to relax and focus on one area to explore rather than rushing from resort to resort

Rather than racing from attraction to attraction and resort to resort, plan to book your whole stay in one town. Soak up the local ambiance, whether it is city lights or birdsong in vineyards. Explore more deeply, rather than more broadly.

What are the rewards of slow travel? Booking multiple nights is often cheaper than a string of one night stays; you can immerse yourself in local culture and cuisine in a way that wouldn’t be possible when hopping from town to town or island to island; and you won’t have to pay for taxi, train or ferry fares for every day of your trip.

Bringing Luxury Travel Experiences Within Your Reach

If you have been watching your friends and coworkers become luxury travelers and have been patiently waiting your turn, don’t give up hope. Exploring the world while experiencing the joys of luxury travel is within your reach.

Saving money is hard, but nothing is more motivating than the thought of an amazing luxury travel experience waiting for you on the other side of the world. Book your trip–or trips–today.

Ultimate Guide to Planning the Perfect Luxury Vacation

by Tammy Levent December 7, 2023
written by Tammy Levent

No matter how carefully you have managed your surroundings to make them suit your preferences, there will always be a part of your that longs to get away on a rejuvenating luxury vacation. The everyday home life is what you make of it, whether drudgery or comfort and calm; but a luxury vacation promises new surroundings, exclusive experiences, and activities that are not available at home.

You can give yourself something amazing to look forward to by booking an amazing vacation, but only if you are able to plan and execute it well. A good travel advisor can help you make sure your vacation stay is effortless and all that you need it to be.

Types of Vacation

You might wonder, how many types of luxury vacation packages can there be? The truth is that there are as many types of vacation as there are types of people. Do you prefer the idea of mountain biking through a richly forested private reserve, or spending every day indulging in spa treatments on white sand beaches?

Do you want to travel solo or beside your partner, enjoying tennis courts by day and hot tubs by night? Or would you prefer to plan a trip with a dozen of your favorite people, book your own villa, and indulge in world class cuisine and a swim up bar?

Only the best luxury vacation includes a bar in the swimming pool

Maybe your office had a great quarter, and a winter trip to a national park will be the perfect reward and team building experience all in one, as you enjoy sleigh rides and five star meals made from local ingredients.

No matter which of these options appeals to you the most, a good travel advisor will help make your perfect luxury vacation a reality.

A Destination Wedding on Your Own Private Beach

Picture it now: The bride in white and the groom in his tux, the stippled shade of the palm trees dancing over the guests while the “I do”s are said. The bride is kissed and the reception begins, with fresh seafood and unfettered access to the wine cellar.

The next day the guests all have another day to spend as they please, enjoying scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea, hiking in the mountains to find the best ocean views, and enjoying mouthwatering meals. Meanwhile the bride and groom seamlessly begin their honeymoon, enjoying the best of a luxury island vacation alongside the guests.

This is the sort of wedding that stands out in the memory of the guests as one of the highlights of their whole year, and to the bride and groom as the trip of a lifetime. But it would be difficult to plan it and ensure that everyone is able to arrive on time without help. This is why travel advisors are so crucial to the planning process; they will ensure that all the guests have appropriate bookings and be able to field all necessary calls if someone’s luggage arrives late.

Do Your Employees Deserve Private Plunge Pools?

Everyone knows that good employees are hard to keep these days. Good perks like working vacations can incentivize your best workers to stay with you instead of running off with some headhunter sent by a competitor.

In the modern world it is fully possible to book a south Pacific private island with two guest rooms, fabulous ocean views, gourmet meals, and state of the art wi-fi access on the beach so work can continue. A good travel advisor can get you the best group rate, and make logistics a non-issue.

Hunting Trips Are Luxury Vacations, Too

Maybe tropical beaches and private plunge pools are not your speed. Maybe you are more inclined to test your mettle against the raw power of nature…but with the promise of a hot tub and a warm bed in an all inclusive luxury resort at the end of the day.

Discerning travelers can book the ultimate escape in the Canadian Rockies. Guided hunts and game drives virtually guarantee the thrill of the chase, and horseback riding can fill the hours when there is no game to be had. Back at the luxury resort, enjoy spacious living spaces, five star meals and a relaxing spa.

If this is your style, have your travel advisor handle your travel plans, hotel stay, hunting guide and any off-resort island exploration that may interest you. No need to spend weeks creating an itinerary that they can draft in a matter of hours.

Group Travel Makes Private Pools Affordable

Whether you travel with your best friends from high school or some folks you have only met in your favorite Facebook group, there are lots of great reasons to travel as a group.

  • Luxury vacation group packages are a much more affordable rate than those booked as individuals or couples.
  • When you can book an entire exclusive resort with several other group members, resort staff are dedicated to the needs of your group and such niceties as meal times and fitness center hours may become more flexible.
  • For the same reason, if you want to tour the local area, having your own tour group makes booking guides more flexible. Experiencing a unesco world heritage site is also much more fun and less stressful when you have hand-picked the other people on your tour.
  • Whether you hit the white sands along the pacific ocean or the hot springs of Iceland, group travel makes your experience easier and more affordable.

The only problem with group travel is getting everyone coordinated and properly booked for their travel and stays. With a trip advisor this becomes a snap. A trip advisor will also know the best places to go and times of year to travel for your purposes, ensuring great enjoyment for everyone involved.

Around the World: Easy Access to the Best Our Planet Has to Offer

With thousands of resorts scattered from Costa Rica to Borneo, there are more wonders to explore than anyone could fully appreciate in their lifetime. It’s difficult even to choose the right destination for the ultimate luxury vacation.

luxury vacation packages put you right where you want to be

Do you prefer a beach house with a plunge pool, a spa, a five star room with a hot tub on the private balcony, or a mountain cabin in a national park with trout stream access?

Do you want to explore the local towns and experience a variety of restaurants and attractions, or to opt for the more predictable price point of booking a resort with all inclusive rates for mouthwatering meals and luxury spa treatments?

A travel advisor can help you narrow down your choices by helping you assess exactly what you are looking for. Whether you aim to indulge your sense of adventure, expand your education by immersing yourself in a new culture, or rejuvenate yourself with a luxury trip and life at your own pace, a trip advisor will know exactly how to get you the experience you are seeking.

A friend just back from vacation may have had the time of their life on a private island with fabulous beaches and outdoor showers, but a travel advisor can tell you if the same vacation would be the right choice for you or whether you might enjoy a totally different experience more. Private island side pools tend to lack cone snails and other dangerous wildlife, and a resort offering an all inclusive experience and butler service may line up better with your vacation goals. With the right advisor you can navigate these choices and make the most of your time off.

Luxury island vacations let you indulge your fantasy of a room with a view

Whatever your expectations from your next trip, a good advisor can ensure that you get the most for your time and money. Book today and make the world your spa.

Thinking about taking your next trip somewhere in Europe? How does cruising the coastline of Croatia sound? Croatia is located in Southeastern Europe, and includes more than 1100 miles of coastline right along the Adriatic Sea. There are more than 1200 islands along this coast, ranging in size from small rocky islands to larger yet still private islands. Directly across the Adriatic Sea is Italy.

About Croatia

Why is Croatia becoming a top vacation destination amongst today’s travelers? Croatia is a unique European destination that simply offers some of the most interesting and beautiful scenery. The Mediterranean country is one that emits an old-world feel, as there are many Unesco World Heritage Sites that exist here, and accordingly one of the top reasons why many travelers choose to visit the ancient country. The Roman architecture is very well preserved, which is very exciting to those who enjoy exploring old architectural buildings.

Why Visit Croatia’s Coastline?

The fact that Croatia has one of the most gorgeous coastlines in all of the world makes booking a cruise to enjoy its coastline a must! The ability to explore the beauty of Croatia via its coastline is something every traveler will enjoy, no matter what their age. And because the area tends to experience a mild climate all year long, travelers can book a cruise with one of the cruise lines that travel up and down the gorgeous coastline of Croatia any time of the year.

There are both small cruise lines and large cruise lines available to view the beautiful country of Croatia by sea. Discovery cruises offer travelers the ability to learn about Croatia’s fascinating history, including the reasons behind all of the many castles and cathedrals that exist in Croatia. Luxury cruises that explore Croatia’s coastline tend to lean towards relaxed luxury travel vs. high end luxury travel.

Sailing cruises are for travelers who are looking for excitement, romance, or a little of both! The world’s largest full-rigged sailing ship is available for travelers who want to experience a different type of cruising. Large cruise ships, local cruises, and day cruises are also available, making it worthwhile for any traveler wanting to explore Croatia’s beautiful coastline to look into all of their available options.

Katerina Lines offers coastline itineraries of Croatia, and offers travelers a large number of Croatian coastline itineraries. There are many different types of itineraries to choose from, which means there’s a perfect itinerary for everyone. Examples include itineraries based on relaxation, bicycling, hiking, young fun, and simply enjoying the beautiful coastline.

The Ritz Carlton in Aruba

by Tammy Levent September 13, 2019
written by Tammy Levent

elite travel group

Every traveler needs to include Aruba on their travel bucket list! I recently visited this small Southern Caribbean island, which is not included in the hurricane belt. This means travelers can expect to experience fantastic weather throughout the entire year. I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, and had such a great time that I wanted to share my experience with you all!

Aruba

Aruba is also known as Caribbean Paradise, and no wonder as it is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. The people are friendly, the beaches are absolutely stunning, there are really interesting caves to explore, and a really great natural pool to lounge in. The beaches are what lures travelers in, as Aruba is well-known for its gorgeous white sand beaches, the oceans turquoise color, and its comfortably warm sea waters.

The Ritz Carlton

My stay at the Ritz Carlton was fantastic! This luxury Caribbean hotel is especially a great choice for incentive travel, destination weddings, and honeymoons. It’s located on one of the nicest of all the beaches in Aruba, which means some of the best views of the Caribbean Ocean. This five star luxury hotel offers all of the amenities one would expect – a variety of exceptional dining venues, luxury spa treatments, a 24 hour casino, live entertainment, beachfront venues, custom catering, a club lounge, and of course luxury rooms and suites.

  • All of the rooms offer ocean views via a balcony or terrace, with most offering ocean front views. The décor is inspired by all things Caribbean, making the overall design one that’s vibrant and welcoming.
  • The variety of dining venues means there’s always a new cuisine to try out. There’s a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, a breakfast buffet restaurant, a casual outdoor restaurant by the pool, a sushi bar, a lounge bar, and a café that makes some of the best coffee and a variety of handmade baked goodies.
  • The luxury spa is to die for! We indulged ourselves in many of the spa offerings, and we were completely satisfied with the services.
  • The 15,000 square foot casino has all of the traditional games one would expect to find in a casino. Live entertainment can be enjoyed in the lounge area right next to the casino.
  • There are cabanas available by the pool and the beach, allowing for a perfect day of luxury lounging! The servers use Segway’s as to not waste any time bringing our drinks.
